Morning Star Farm
400 Acres in The Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, nestled up against the Shenandoah Mountians. The 19th Century , Antebellum two-story stone house has large Ionic Colums that support a wrap around porch on both stories. Long French windows and doors open to afford a spectacular view. The land itself has a Mountain spring fed stream that traverses the property. Large formal gardens with a duckpond and huge, mature Weaping willow tree. 200 acres are still forested.

Weanling & Yearling
Package a) Pasture with shelter. Hay and freshwater. - $250.00 Monthly
Package b) daily turnout, Stalled at night Hay and freshwater - 350.00 monthly
Package c) Daily Turnout, Stalled nightly, Grooming , grain Hay and freshwater - 450 Monthly
package d) Stall with daily excersize regime, grooming, grain,hay, freshwater. 600 Monthly
Ground training : 300.00 Month. ( 2 lessons a week)
Broodmare:
Package a) Pasture with shelter. Hay and freshwater.( May not be in foal) - $250.00 Monthly
Package b) Pasture with shelter. Hay and freshwater.( Infoal to Outside Stallion) - $450.00 Monthly
Package c) Daily Turnout, Stalled nightly, Grooming, Weekly excersize regime, basic Vet Checks ( non emergency), grain, hay and freshwater - $750 Monthly
Foaling out is an additional $100. Not including vet call if needed.

Morning Star Farm stands stud for various owners by private negotionals only. If you'd care to stand your stud at MSF, please contact Rhianon.
Racehorse:
Package a) Stall in delux barn, with room for trunk in tackroom. Access to the state of the art facility durring specific boarder hours. Feed includes, basic grain, vitamin, hay, freshwater. $750 month
Package b) same as Package A, but with training, grooming, vet(non emergency) and farrier providide. 1,500 monthly.
