Rules for Farms and Purchasing

there seems to be some confusion as to how purchasing farms and barns and other items goes.

I'm going to atttempt to clarify.

1) before you can purchase any sort of building, or amenity you must have land.

2) each item states how much land it uses.
EG.
Small Barn 2 acres( This is how much it USES not what it comes with)
Includes: 10 stalls, tackroom, hayloft, aisle crossties and outside washrack
Cost: $100,000

3) prebuilt farms come with both land, and amenities. each item is for sale only one time.

4) Pick your place wisely. You're gonig to be stuck there.

Can we have two or more farm locations Like Australlia, England/France and somewhere in the US? (Like a main one and smaller ones?)

yeah as long as you have the finances for it haveing more then one farm is not a problem

just not more than one stable, each player only gets one , but you can have barns in dif places if you like
