Morning line Banking
Land/building loans 5% interest rate payments calculated on amount and the months you chose to pay it back
100-1,000 -----6 mos 12 mos 18 mos
1,001-5,000----6 mos 12 mos 18 mos
5,001-25,000---6 mos 12 mos 18 mos
25,001-100,000--6 mos 12 mos 18 mos 24 mos
101,000 and up--6 mos 12 mos 18 mos 24 mos
Emergency loans will be a set amount per month til paid back on the amount borrowed.emergency loans must be paid back asap, it would be akin to a high interest loan.
1,000 to 25,000 ---$50 per month fee til paid back
25,001 to 100,000--$75 per month fee
101,000 to 250,000 $100 per month fee (after 3 months $200)

ok that will make your payments $175k a month for 6 months.(which means every two weeks since that equals a month game time) can you handle those payments or do you need a longer amount of time? please let me know. thanks, Carole
