You all know what that means! I need you all to do your year end reports and taxes posted in the Year End Report Office and the Tax Office please. 
and in your year end reports this year PLEASE make sure to follow the format or you will be fined.
For YER-YOU MUST INCLUDE #/Name/Sex/Age/Bloodline OR THE REPORT WILL BE DEEMED INCOMPLETE/INACCURATE.
FOR TAXES YOU MUST FOLLOW THE FORM.

IF YOU SHOULD HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS DATE, PLEASE POST HERE OR CONTACT ME AND WE CAN MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS.
ALSO I PERSONALLY WITHIN MY STABLE HAVE KEPT A RUNNING ROSTER OF THE HORSES SO THAT THE YER'S AND TAXES ARE EASIER. MAY I SUGGEST THAT YOU ALL DO THE SAME! YES IT IS TIME CONSUMING AT 1ST, BUT IT MAKES THE END OF YEAR MUCH MUCH FASTER!
