(need someone to go thru the lists of races i have found and make up a race season, check entries each week, etc)
**initial payment of $100,000 for setting up the season**
pay per month will be $10,000
3.NEWS - REPORT ANYTHING THAT IS NEWS WORTHY $2,500 mo

(go thru the races every week and keep the records up to date)

6.REAL ESTATE/LAND/BUILDING RECORD KEEPER
(keep track of who wants what land, buildings etc, and make sure i know about it)

7. HOTY points tracker for the new yr. (ashlee has it all in an excell spread sheet just need a new tracker)
pay to be a custom yrlg at end of yr or a free stud fee.
8. Race Tracker for Injuries (someone to check each race week to make sure a horse has not run more than 3 times in a row, if so report it to me for the disasters section) THIS DOESNT INCLUDE THE SERIES RACES (IE: TRIPLE CROWN, SPRINT SERIES, ETC)
